Upon arrival at Zurich airport, you'll meet your Tour Manager before traveling by train to Weggis, where you'll spend the next three nights. After checking into the 4* Hotel Rössli Gourmet & Spa, enjoy a welcome dinner at the hotel. You will then overnight in Weggis, ready for the days ahead.

Today is a free day to explore the area and take advantage of the Swiss Travel Pass. Maybe take a train journey to Chur, the oldest town in Switzerland. Visit the Old Town with its cosy cafés and wide range of shopping opportunities, as well as museums and galleries.

Today take the scenic Bernina Express journey from Filisur to Tirano with the tour manager. Crossing the Alps in the Bernina Express is certainly one of the most spectacular ways to do it. Along the way, the Bernina Express rolls over the 65-metre-high Landwasser Viaduct, the signature structure of the Rhaetian Railway and the UNESCO World Heritage site. Altogether the train passes through 55 tunnels and over 196 bridges on its way from Chur to Tirano.

Today is a free day to explore the area and take advantage of the Swiss Travel Pass., maybe explore neighbouring Davos, the highest town in the Alps. There are many activities to suit everyone including wellness and relaxation, adventure, shopping, hiking, and swimming in Lake Davos.

Travel by train to St. Moritz with the Tour Manager for some exploration and free time. St. Moritz, which is in the Upper Engadine, at an elevation of 1,856 m, boasts plenty of sunny days. Chic, elegant and exclusive with a cosmopolitan ambiance, St. Moritz is one of the most famous resorts in the world. Guests from all over the world appreciate the modern Alpine lifestyle, characterised by top-class restaurants that can satisfy gourmet demands. Lake St. Moritz offers a great place to relax surrounded by mountains to enjoy the sunshine and watch people fishing, windsurfing, and sailing.

Today embark on the iconic Glacier Express journey with the tour manager. First, take a regional train to Filisur, and from here join the Glacier Express to Andermatt. The slowest express train in the world takes you through the heart of Switzerland. Sit back, relax and marvel at the Swiss scenes of meadows and snow-capped mountains from the panoramic windows. Highlights include The Oberalp Pass, the highest point on the line at 2,033 metres above sea level and the Rhine Gorge with impressively steep cliffs and spectacular rock formations, it’s no wonder the gorge is known as the “Swiss Grand Canyon”.

Today is a free day to explore the area and take advantage of the Swiss Travel Pass , maybe explore Klosters and the surrounding Davos Klosters mountains including Parsenn Klosters, Jakobshorn and Madrisa. Farewell dinner at the hotel during the evening.

Take the regional trains back to Zurich airport with the tour manager for your return direct flight to Teesside airport.
